Class Size: 2 - 4 Class Duration: 30 Minutes Parent/Guardian Participation: No Co-ed Class Description: The Tiny Two’s class is designed for 2 year olds ready for an independent, semi-structured class. Tiny Two’s main goal is providing a place to explore new apparatus and begin working through age-appropriate movements in a safe environment to assist in developing body awareness & coordination. Tiny Two’s also focus on listening, direction following, turn taking, & basic gymnastics skills/vocabulary. tiny TumblersClass Age: 4 Years Old
Class Size: 2 - 8 Class Duration: 30 Minutes Parent/Guardian Participation: No Co-ed Next Class: Girls: Kinders or Beginner 1 Boys: Little Ninjas Class Description: The Tiny Tumblers class, designed for 4 year olds is the final co-ed class in RGC’s Preschool Program. Tiny Tumblers main goal is providing a place to jump, climb, roll and run! Tumblers are mastering basic gymnastics through obstacle courses, games and play, while still focusing on listening, turn taking and direction following. |

Class Size: 2 - 8 Class Duration: 30 Minutes Parent/Guardian Participation: No Co-ed Class Description: The Tiny Tots class is designed for 3 years olds ready for an independent, structured class. Tiny Tot’s main goal is providing a place to explore the gymnastics world through interactive games, obstacle courses and FUN! Tiny Tot’s are taught basic gymnastics skills along with their correct vocabulary, and continue working on following directions, and taking turns. Advanced Pre-kClass Age: 4-5
Class Size: 2-5 Class Duration: 45 minutes *INVITE ONLY* Class Description: Advanced PreK is designed for Pre-K girls who show they are ready for more of a challenge. This invite-only class allows for gymnasts to begin working skills taught in our beginner-advanced level recreational classes, in a structured, 45-minute class. The goal of Advanced PreK is to start an early path towards competition gymnastics on either the Junior Olympic OR Xcel path. The focus of Advanced PreK is becoming aware of all 4 gymnastics events (Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor) while also gaining awareness of and appreciation for physical activity and exercise. Gymnasts will start to learn basic stretches, and skills needed for RGC’s Training Team level. (see our website for more information regarding competitive gymnastics) |
