Class Description:
Little Ninjas is designed for boys interested in a high-strength, high-energy athletic experience. Little Ninja's goal is to provide an introduction to basic boys gymnastics on Floor, Bars, & Rings with focus on balance, coordination, body awareness and discipline. 

*Note: RGC’s Boys Recreational classes do not instruct skills on Parallel Bars or Pommel Horse.

Master Ninjas

Class Age: 5-12 Years Old 
Class Duration: 60 Minutes
Class Size: 2 - 8 per class
Next Class: This is the final class RGC offers. Please visit the front desk for a referral for more boys specific programs. 

Class Description:
Master Ninjas is designed for boys who have successfully passed through Little Ninjas. The goal for Master Ninjas is to continue basic boys gymnastics progression on Floor, Vault, Bars & Rings, with focus on building strength, flexibility, body awareness and discipline. 

*Note: RGC’s Boys Recreational classes do not instruct skills on Parallel Bars or Pommel Horse.
